What we collect

When you use inVoice we store:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your business profile (name, currency, payment details, optional logo)
• Invoice content you send us (client names, job details, amounts)
• Voice notes you send (transcribed to text for invoice creation)
• Billing status if you subscribe to unlimited invoices (optional monthly fee)

How we use it

We use your data only to run the service: create and send your PDF invoices over WhatsApp, keep your invoice history, manage your free trial and optional subscription, and help you if you contact support.

Money from your clients goes to you directly (using the bank details you put on invoices). inVoice does not process or hold payments from your jobs.

We do not sell your data, show you ads, or build marketing lists from your information.

Who processes your data

We use trusted third-party services to operate inVoice:

• Twilio — WhatsApp messaging
• AI providers (e.g. OpenAI or Groq, depending on configuration) — transcription and parsing job details into invoice line items
• Stripe — only if you choose the paid unlimited plan (we do not handle your clients' payments)
• PostgreSQL hosting — secure database storage for your account and invoices

Who can access your account

Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. The bot responds to messages from that number only. We do not publish your invoices or client list on a public directory.

Invoice PDF links are sent to you via WhatsApp. Treat links like any private document — only share them with people you intend to.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you use the service. If you want your account and invoices deleted, email us and we will remove your data within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations we may have.
